These facilities will include fruit, vegetable, and fish processing units, as well as adjacent vocational training centers in various trades.

The project includes:
- Construction of state-of-the-art, automated food processing units (fruits, vegetables, fish) targeting both local and export markets,
- Parallel development of vocational training centers (TVET) focused on processing, agriculture, logistics, and entrepreneurship,
- Strengthening local supply chains and supporting farmers and fishers,
